(SportsRadio 610) - Astros closer Ryan Pressly is headed to the paternity list after his wife gave birth to their second child in as many seasons.
Pressly missed time briefly last year for the birth of the couple's child and according to manager Dusty Baker, there is another reason for the family to celebrate with the birth of their most recent child.

Pressly has pitched nine perfect innings in his last eight outings, earning two wins and five saves in that span. The 27 consecutive batters retired by Pressly ties the Astros' franchise record for a reliever, set by Dave Guisti in 1965, according to Elias.
Less than a month ago, on June 25, Pressly contributed to a combined no-hitter against the Yankees, along with Hector Neris and starter Cristian Javier.
