Bieber tossed seven scoreless innings for Cleveland on Sunday, on the way to a 5-0 victory over Houston.
The Astros went 2-5 in the seven-game road trip against the Guardians and Toronto Blue Jays. They get Monday off before beginning a home series Tuesday against the Washington Nationals.
Rookie Hunter Brown (5-3, 3.69 ERA) will pitch for Houston. Patrick Corbin (4-6, 4.89 ERA) is scheduled to take the mound for Washington.
The Astros are still without their best hitter Yordan Alvarez, who remains on the 10-day injured list with right oblique discomfort.
