The Cowboys have some interesting scenarios ahead of them this Sunday: A win over the Commanders combined with an Eagles loss could set up a Super Wild Card Weekend showdown against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers at AT&T Stadium. The Packers, of course, must beat the Lions this weekend to clinch the No. 7 seed in the NFC.
Dallas could also get the No. 1 seed if they win and the Eagles (vs. Giants) and the 49ers (vs. Cardinals) lose this Sunday, giving them home-field advantage throughout the postseason.
Should the Eagles beat the Giants, the Cowboys would be locked into the No. 5 seed and a road date to Tampa Bay to face Tom Brady.
The likeliest scenarios are Dallas gets the No. 2 or No. 5 seed, which leads us to this question: Who would the Cowboys rather face in the first round: Rodgers or Brady? Bobby and Alec discussed that topic on Monday's show. Listen to the podcast above.
