Several questions need to be answered following the Dallas Cowboys' unfathomable showing in their Wild Card Round blowout loss to the NFL's youngest team, the Green Bay Packers.

With only one year remaining on Mike McCarthy's contract, will he return next season as a lame-duck coach? McCarthy led the Cowboys to three straight 12-win seasons and two NFC East titles, but his failure to lead the organization to its first NFC Championship Game since 1996 may be his downfall.

Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn's future is also up for debate after his defense was shredded by a quarterback making his first career start in the NFL Playoffs. Quinn was seen as the no-brainer replacement for McCarthy should Dallas move on from the head coach this offseason. But after Sunday's defensive debacle and the Seattle Seahawks' potential interest in tapping Quinn as Pete Carroll's replacement, he could be out the door, too.

105.3 The Fan's Cowboys insider Bobby Belt weighed in on McCarthy and Quinn's futures in Dallas on Monday's show and said big changes could be on the horizon.

"I think the sense from a lot of people who work there right now - I think a lot of people think McCarthy is out. I think that's the assumption. And I think that's an assumption that most people have right now. Nobody I talked to yesterday or heard from thinks this is done. But there are a lot of people that think this is time's up," Belt said on Shan & RJ. "There's a big expectation that after what happened last night, a lot of people think that Dan Quinn's going to get offered the Seattle job. And it doesn't sound like the Cowboys are going to, like they've done in the past, back up the Brinks truck and keep him around. So, I think that there is a real potential, especially if McCarthy and Quinn are both out, there's a real potential that this is an entire staff re-set."

Shan Shariff said on Monday's show that Dak Prescott's postgame comments may be the key to McCarthy's coaching future in Dallas. Listen to his comments here.
