You can count DeMarcus Ware among those who are frustrated by the Cowboys most-recent early playoff exit.

The Cowboys legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer joined the GBag Nation on radio row Thursday and shared his thoughts about the team's performance in the Wild Card Round loss to the Green Bay Packers.

"I was so pissed by the way that they played the game against the Green Bay Packers. It's one of those things where you won 16 games at home by 30. Cool, you go in there, and you're confident. But you got to know that when it's playoff time, none of that matters anymore. The teams that are coming in, they're coming in hot, and they're coming in with a momentum that you can't get during the regular season. ... And they came down to the Dallas Cowboys stadium and made a name for themselves. And I'm still feeling it," Ware said on 105.3 The Fan. "I'm the ultimate fan. ... I'm pissed. There are no words that I can use right now on the air that can describe how I feel. Some changes are going to have to happen."

Former Cowboys Emmitt Smith and Tony Romo also weighed this week on Dallas' disappointing finish, as Smith said Thursday on the 'Maggie and Perloff Show' that he would have fired head coach Mike McCarthy if he were in charge. Romo wasn't as harsh, telling the Dallas Morning News that the Cowboys "Can’t be this good year in and year out without breaking through at some point."

So, which of those opinions resonates more with Ware?

"Both of them. I'm not going to say that McCarthy won't be there, but I know that there will be some changes somewhere to build some more tenacity of the team. Because of the way the defense played, I don't know if they were there or not -- the whole game. [The] offense kept us in there enough. But (the defense) can't do that if you played tremendous three or four games before that, teams were maybe scoring ten or 14 points on you, and then you (give up) 27 at halftime? It doesn't work that way," Ware said. "So (I hope there will be major changes) because the team is too good. I felt like this year was our year with everything we had. ... Let's not worry about feelings. Football isn't about feelings and emotions -- It's about results -- so let's go for that."

Much has been made about the performance star pass rusher Micah Parsons put forth in the loss to Green Bay where he posted just one quarterback pressure and one quarterback hit on 19 pass rushes, his lowest pressure rate in a single game in his career, according to Next Gen Stats.

"I expect a little more out of Micah. I expect a little bit more out of DeMarcus Lawrence. I expect a lot out of the whole defense [for their performance] against the Green Bay Packers."
