The Dallas Cowboys entered Sunday night's showdown against the Eagles without a signature win this season. They have one now after whooping the Philadelphia Eagles 33-13 at AT&T Stadium.
Here are some takeaways from the game:
Cowboys defense comes up big:
The Cowboys defense didn't give up a single touchdown, as the only touchdown the Eagles scored was on a strip-sack that went the other way for six.
After Philadelphia recovered all three of their fumbles in last month's matchup, the Eagles lost all three fumbles they coughed up on Sunday night. Two of those turnovers resulted in Cowboys' field goals.
Brandon Aubrey's streak continues:
Cowboys rookie kicker Brandon Aubrey made all four of his kicks on Sunday night, including a career-long 60-yarder and a 59-yarder.
Aubrey has now made all 30 of his field goal attempts this season.
Dak Prescott has solid outing:
Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had a few throws he'd like to have back and a turnover on Sunday night, but overall, he had a solid night.
Prescott completed 24 of his 39 passes for 271 yards and two touchdowns. He did allow a fumble on a strip-sack that was returned for a touchdown, but the MVP talk will only grow louder after he led his team to a beatdown of the Eagles for all of America to see.
