AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- This week's high school football slate features a thriller, with a matchup between two of the state's top ten teams as Westlake faces off with Atascocita.
Both teams are undefeated heading into Friday night's matchup; fourth-ranked Westlake (2-0) dismantled San Benito by a score of 63-7 last week and knocked off Prosper to open the season, while ninth-ranked Atascocita (2-0) beat Lamar and notched an impressive win over Katy last week.
Beyond the statewide rankings, both programs have a deep slate of college recruits as well.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., with pregame coverage beginning at 6 p.m. with ATX Kickoff on Talk 1370.
