A group of about 150 did remain late into the night, milling about and chatting among themselves.

Unlike the previous night, there were no confrontations with police who were content to allow them to remain, despite breaking curfew, as long as no trouble erupted.

It is now past 8:00, and the city-wide curfew in Fort Worth is now in effect. Some of those remaining in front of the Tarrant County Courthouse have taken a seat. There is no law enforcement on the scene at this time. pic.twitter.com/5SMPMxumVs
