What do you do when you work at the happiest place on Earth but it's closed down due to the pandemic? Well, you get on a bike and bring the good cheer right to people's front door!
So far the 60-year-old has biked more than 3000 miles and visited over 250 people.
Flanigan said he's not done with his tour and plans to still make it out to see more friends.
"It's just a short visit, a little song, it's silly," he said. "But I love to make people smile. If I can brighten someone's day, I want to do it."
