One of the onlookers who tweeted these videos of the bizarre sighting, told 1010 WINS, "So while sitting at the waterfront below the Manhattan Bridge, we saw the weird figure skiing past very quickly. We even joked about it being a 'nun on water' because of the long clothing. When he got closer we noticed it was The Joker, so we were pretty stoked, of course!"
She continued, "He was out there for a good while too. Definitely loved the crowd’s reaction. We were all perplexed but happy at the same time. Definitely was unexpected but made the day all worth it."
