Super Bowl win? Check. Super Bowl MVP honors? Check. Record-breaking NFL contract? Check.
There weren't too many other NFL milestones that Patrick Mahomes could have achieved in 2020, but his most recent milestone was perhaps bigger than all the rest, and it had nothing to do with football.
On the same day as he received his Super Bowl ring alongside his teammates at the Chiefs' official ceremony, in which he added a shiny new piece of hardware including 255 diamonds and 36 genuine rubies (via KMBC News 9), Mahomes provided longtime girlfriend Brittany Matthews with a ring of her own.

What's even better is that Mahomes made the move in addition to celebrating Matthews' 25th birthday.
