KANSAS CITY - Just four days after a pregnant Wichita woman was shot and killed, charges were filed against a suspect.
Matthew Criscemzo, 19, was charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery. Police say he shot Naomi Oglesby, 20, Sunday morning in the 7-hundred-block of south Laura.
Doctors were able to deliver her baby.
Bond was set at $500,000. His next court date was scheduled for June 12th.
