KANSAS CITY -  Just two weeks after one of the largest snowfalls in Kansas City history, the coldest air of the season is set to move in.

According to KMBC9 Meteorologist Nick Bender, the arctic cold front arrives tonight, and tomorrow the high will be in the low 20s, with wind chills in the single digits. That means frigid and blustery conditions for the Chiefs game at Arrowhead.

Sunday will be even colder with low temps in the single digits and highs only reaching the teens.

Monday and Tuesday will have extreme cold, with lows below 0 degrees and windchills between -10 and -15. In the past, similar weather conditions have led to school closings.

On Wednesday, it gets warmer with a high in the upper 30s.
