Kansas City, MO - Vaccines are not required for employees of the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, but the department is offering staff another way to safeguard their health.
Sheriff Calvin Hayden said the department is now offering Covid-19 antibody testing for all deputies and support staff.
Sheriff Hayden said the free testing offers a datapoint before considering vaccination.
The test, offered through a partnership with Aditxt, offers a comprehensive profile of the immune system and tests T-Cells for Covid-19 immunity levels.
