KANSAS CITY - Police say one man has died on Wichita's south side after an early-morning incident Friday.
Officers responded after 5:30 a.m. Friday to the Emery Garden Apartments on Hydraulic, south of MacArthur.
Arriving officers found a 44-year-old man with injuries from a gunhsot inside a car.
The victim was hospitalized, but later died from his injuries.
Police say there is no threat to the public.
