KANSAS CITY - On Monday, Parlier announced the arrests of Crystina and Joseph Schroer.
The adoptive parents of a Rose Hill girl have been arrested in connection with her death, according to Rose Hill Police Chief Taylor Parlier.
In September, the remains of Kennedy Jean Schroer were discovered in the backyard of her family's home, though authorities believe she passed away in November 2020.
