KANSAS CITY - The St. Louis Fire Department reports a pedestrian has died after being struck by a MetroLink train in the 500 block of South Vandeventer.
This happened around 6:30 Tuesday evening behind the IKEA Store. The circumstances are not known at this time.
MetroLink Station Shuttles will transport passengers by bus between the Central West End, Cortex and Grand MetroLink Stations.
Passengers traveling through this area may experience delays of up to 60 minutes as bus shuttles are dispatched to the affected stations.
