The FDA said Thursday that the voluntary recall affects McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning, McCormick Culinary Italian Seasoning and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning.
The impacted products were shipped to over 30 states between June 20, 2021 and July 21, 2021, the FDA said.
The potential risk of salmonella contamination was found by the FDA during routine testing.
While no illnesses have been reported to date, officials are warning consumers—including across the Tri-State—to pitch products with the affected dates codes (see below).
Consumers can contact McCormick Consumer Affairs at 1-800-635-2867 for a replacement or full refund, officials said.
