As we still have another week until Super Bowl Sunday, this weekend, we are left watching the Pro Bowl. While I know what you think, who still watches this softened-up, glorified backyard football version of the sport? One reason you may want to watch if you are a Cowboys fan is Micah Parsons, who says he's he will be taking the event seriously.

After an amazing rookie campaign, Parsons is looking to add some spice to this year's Pro Bowl by channeling and invoking on the past moments in the game, including Sean Taylor who easily had the hardest hits you'll ever see in the Pro Bowl.
"I already told them I’m going hard as heck," Parsons told NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe on Saturday. "I’m going to be like Sean Taylor out in that joint. They’re going to tell me to slow down. They’re going to be so mad."
Here is a reminder of the moment Taylor laid the wood on punter Brian Moorman during the 2007 Pro Bowl.
Hey if Parsons can lay some hits like that, I may have to tune in for a few minutes. Parsons beat Tyreek Hill in the fastest player event at the skills competitions and will be able to showcase his talents against the leagues best players.
The 2022 Pro Bowl is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. EST on ESPN.
