Thursday Night Football in Week 10 features a highly anticipated AFC North showdown between the Cincinnati Bengals (4-5) and the Baltimore Ravens (6-3). With divisional stakes and playoff implications on the line, this matchup is ripe for betting on anytime touchdown scorers. From Derrick Henry's reliable first-half production to the emerging role of Chase Brown and the big-play potential of Ja’Marr Chase, here are the top anytime TD picks to consider.
Ravens RB Derrick Henry To Score A 1st Half Touchdown (+100, DraftKings)
With 13 touchdowns in nine games this season, Henry has scored at least one touchdown in every contest. His anytime touchdown prop is ranging from -250 to -310 depending on the book, so I’m not interested in that as a single bet (it’s a great parlay leg, though). I do like the idea of cutting the game in half and betting on him to find paydirt in the first half, though. The future Hall of Famer has scored a first half touchdown in five of his last seven starts and the idea of doubling my money before halftime sounds pretty alluring to me. I want to get some TD market exposure to Henry in this matchup and this is the angle I want to take.
Bengals RB Chase Brown To Score An Anytime Touchdown (-115, FanDuel)
Even though the team just traded for Khalil Herbert to back up Brown since Zack Moss will continue to be out, I think this is Brown’s backfield until he proves he can’t handle the additional workload. He saw 80% of the snaps against the Raiders on Sunday and took 27 carries for 120 yards and caught five of five targets for 37 yards and a touchdown in his first game as a bellcow back. The Ravens have gotten crushed by receiving backs out of the backfield and regardless of how he touchdes the football, we should see another 20ish-touch volume outing from Brown in this one. He had eight opportunities in the red zone last week against Vegas, the most of any Bengals skill position player all season long.
Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase To Score An Anytime Touchdown (-122, Caesars)
Baltimore has allowed 1.4 receiving touchdowns to opposing wideouts per game, 2nd-most in the NFL. The first time Chase played the Ravens this season, he went off for 10 catches for 193 yards and has recorded seven touchdowns over his last seven games, at least one in five of those. This Ravens secondary can’t stop anyone and he should eat once again in this one.
