Peyton Manning's post-NFL career has been nothing short of exceptional. From starting his own production company Omaha Productions which is credited for creating the popular "ManningCast" on ESPN. Manning even got a chance to host a gameshow alongside his brother Cooper on NBC.

While his recent ventures have to do more with entertaining the masses rather than solely focusing on football, a new report has surfaced suggesting the four bidders for ownership of the Denver Broncos approached the Hall of Famer to gauge his interest, reportedly asking Manning if he wants to join their group as an advisor or minority partner.

The four ownership groups that are the current front runners for the franchise are led by Rob Walton and his son-in-law Greg Penner, Josh Harris, Jose E. Feliciano and Mat Ishbia.

Manning has yet to respond to these rumors and while the report claims they asked the two-time Super Bowl champ about a potential ownership stake and front office role with the team, it's still unclear exactly what position he'd want, especially with another famous QB -- John Elway, holding the top football-related position as the current president of football operations.

There is a chance that a new owner for the team will be selected within the next two weeks, but the league owners would need to approve the decision before things become official.

For whomever ends up getting ownership of the Broncos, they will be paying a pretty penny. According to Forbes, the Broncos had an estimated value of $3.75 billion but the chosen offer could very well be over $4 billion, per the report.

Manning capped off his illustrious career in the Mile High City after 14 seasons in Indy. During his four seasons in Denver, Manning won made two more Super Bowl appearances, winning one while also tacking on another MVP award to his trophy case. He was inducted into the team’s Ring of Fame in October.
