NFL Week 5 presents plenty of opportunities for anytime touchdown bets, with several high-profile running backs in favorable matchups. Ravens RB Derrick Henry has been on fire, scoring in every game this season, while Packers RB Josh Jacobs is due for a breakout performance. Broncos RB Javonte Williams also offers intriguing value as he looks for his first touchdown of the season. These are the best anytime touchdown picks for Week 5, featuring key players and the best odds.

Ravens RB Derrick Henry Anytime TD vs. Bengals (-165, FanDuel)

Henry has been on an absolute tear since joining the Ravens. Not only has he scored a touchdown in all four games, but he’s scored two touchdowns in back-to-back games. It’s no shock that Baltimore won two in a row heading into this game; Henry took 25 carries for 151 yards and two scores against the Cowboys and then 24 carries for 199 yards and a TD also with a receiving TD against the Bills last week. This Bengals run defense stinks and allowed Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard to rush 18 times for 104 yards and a TD last week, so Henry should thrive once again. Overall, Cincinnati has allowed four rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs, including three over the last two weeks (Hubbard, Brian Robinson and Austin Ekeler. This is the best price in the ATTD market over at FanDuel and I think it should be priced at -200 or longer.

Packers RB Josh Jacobs Anytime TD vs. Rams (-130, FanDuel)

Surprisingly, Jacobs has not found the endzone this season despite the fact that he’s touched the ball 78 times and racked up 329 rushing yards and 52 receiving yards through four starts. The Rams have allowed five touchdowns to opposing running backs so far this season and there’s some positive regression coming for Green Bay’s running back. Jacobs has seen 14 red zone opportunities so far compared to two for backup Emanuel Wilson and all other position players combined have seen a total of 16 red zone opportunities. As three-point road favorites and with Jordan Love back under center, I can see the Packers playing from ahead with a run-heavy game script in this matchup and I love Jacobs’ upside despite the fact that he hasn’t found paydirt yet in 2024.

Broncos RB Javonte Williams Anytime TD vs. Raiders (+195, DraftKings)

Interestingly enough, I like another guy who hasn’t yet found the endzone this season. Coming off a season-high in both carries (16) and rushing yardage (77), Williams has touched the football 52 times so far this season, 18 more than backup Jaleel McLaughlin, who has been similarly underwhelming within Denver’s struggling offense. Despite those struggles, the Raiders have allowed three rushing touchdowns and a receiving touchdown to running backs in four games and now are dealing with drama in the locker room surrounding the Davante Adams situation. Las Vegas has 16 players on the injury report right now (compared to four Broncos), including DE Maxx Crosby, who is an absolute force on the defensive line. If he sits out, I really like Williams’ upside at this price. The RB has played 52%, 66%, 51% and 57% of the snaps at his position and has seen nine red zone opportunities, which leads his team’s skill position players.
