The inevitable has happened. The Jacksonville Jaguars showed Urban Meyer his walking papers -- firing the legendary college coach in the middle of the night after a tumultuous season that featured him getting filmed at a bar in an embarrassing fashion after skipping a team flight to allegedly kicking his kicker prior to a preseason game.

The Jaguars are now the first team in the NFL on the hunt for a new head coach with only four weeks left to go in the season. The next head coach must be an offensive-minded guy as the development of Trevor Lawerence is the number 1 focus for the franchises' long-term success. The next man in charge will need to clean up a large mess Meyer will leave him with and should come in with the reputation as a culture changer. With that being said, I will explore some of the potential candidates that I think would fit best in Jacksonville.
