Alvin Kamara evidently isn't a fan of NFL's focus on stopping taunting

Imagine if Saints star running back Alvin Kamara scored not one, not two, not three, but six touchdowns on Christmas Day... and wasn't allowed to celebrate after any of them. No, not all celebrations can be considered "taunting," but the NFL could very well be trending that way.

This comes on the heels of an announcement in the league's annual rule change and points of emphasis video, where it was made clear that taunting rules would be "strictly" enforced in 2021 with added punishments. Giants co-owner John Mara explained that this new crackdown comes because the Competition Committee gets "sick and tired of the taunting" that takes place in the normal course of a game, and that there's a fine line that shouldn't be crossed.

What do players think of that? Alvin Kamara doesn't speak for everyone, of course, but I feel fairly confident that he's of the same mindset as the majority of players in his sentiment.

For those of you who aren't well-versed in the world of emoji languages, Kamara is saying that this explanation from Mara and the rule as a whole is corny (corn knee). And based on some other reactions from around the league, others probably concur.

We'll see how everyone responds when this taunting crackdown actually affects a regular season game... that's when the real carnage could start.
