Tis the season. George Kittle, who was selected to his third Pro Bowl earlier this week, was in a giving mood Thursday night, seeking out a young fan who was wearing his jersey. The fan’s sign read, “All I want for my birthday is to meet George Kittle,” and the Niners tight end didn’t disappoint.
The little guy seemed genuinely star-struck to not only meet his idol but receive a game-worn souvenir from one of the top players in all of football. Props to Kittle for a small gesture that obviously went a long way.
Kittle, who entered Thursday on the mother of all hot streaks (28-425-3 receiving line in his last three games), has had a quiet night to this point, totaling just two grabs for 21 yards in the first half. The 49ers lead the Titans 10-0 with 30 minutes to go in Nashville.
