Saturday is “Moving Day” at the Masters with 52 of the world’s top golfers—including five-time champion Tiger Woods—vying for the coveted green jacket. Scoring tickets to the most prestigious event on the PGA calendar isn’t easy, though it helps to be an All-Pro quarterback making $43 million a year.

Bills gunslinger Josh Allen was in attendance Saturday alongside fellow quarterback Sam Darnold. Per Dylan Dethier of Golf Magazine, the two buddies were following Woods, who teed off with Kevin Kisner at 1 PM ET.
If you’re looking for photo evidence of Allen and Darnold walking the grounds at Augusta, you won’t find any. That’s because patrons are required to turn over their phones upon arrival.
This isn’t the first time Allen and Darnold have been seen together at the Masters. They were also there in 2019, where the two bumped into Ravens coach John Harbaugh. An avid golfer, Allen has regularly played the American Century Championship (an annual celebrity tournament in Lake Tahoe) and also appeared at this year’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
While Allen has emerged as one of the league’s elite starting quarterbacks, similar success has eluded Darnold, who has largely disappointed since being drafted four picks ahead of Allen in 2018. Many expect the Panthers to draft Darnold’s replacement later this month (Kenny Pickett or Malik Willis would seem to be the leading candidates), which would render him a lame duck heading into his final year under contract.
