Add another quarterback rushing record to Lamar Jackson’s resume.
In Sunday’s game against Minnesota, Jackson recorded his 10th career regular-season 100-yard rushing game and 12th overall, tying Michael Vick’s NFL record for most regular-season 100-yard rushing games by a quarterback and breaking Vick’s overall record of 11.

Jackson hit the century mark on his 19th rush, a nine-yard scramble just before the end of the third quarter that gave him 105 yards on the day.
Jackson achieved the feat in his 54th career regular-season game and 45th career start, well ahead of Vick, who recorded his 10th 10-yard rushing game on Dec. 29, 2010, for the Eagles against the Giants – his 97th career game and 79th career start.
Vick’s lone playoff game with 100 rushing yards came on Jan. 15, 2005, when he 119 yards in an NFC Divisional Game for the Falcons against the Rams. Jackson’s two playoff 100-yard rushing games have both come against Tennessee, as he had 143 in the 2020 AFC Divisional Game and 136 in last year’s Wild Card Game.
This was Jackson’s second 100-yard rushing game of 2021, as he also had 107 against Kansas City in Week 2.
Jackson already has the NFL single-season record for rushing yards and rushing attempts by a quarterback, both set when he had 176 carries for 1,206 yards in 2019. Jackson has had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, also rushing for 1,005 last year, and he and Vick (1,039 in 2006) are the only QBs to rush for 1,000 in a season.
