Chris Russell's contempt for the media is raging out of control.

As his latest attack on the media transpired Thursday – which began with him grumbling at the mere thought that an honest reporter might try to cover him, ya know, honestly – Russell's disdain for journalist led him to carry out a literal attack on the media. Just look at the words Russell used to describe @Roostercast journalist @JTtheVic: "JT The Vic is a rat. He was eating his lunch happily. He saw me, got giddy like a school girl, scurried like a little rat to his phone and then got mad when I dumped vinegar all over myself and the floor because he was trying to take a picture of me and my stuff."

Shameful.

Russell's contempt for the media only grew exponentially as the pressure wore on.

In this one video, you can see Russell scold a journalist, calling him an "idiot" and a "dope" multiple times, while sarcastically referring to him as "a good investigative journalistic reporter."

On Russell's latest bender of deceipt, you can catch him spewing venemous lies at almost every turn. Like at the 21-second mark of this video, just after Russell baldly lies that "there is really no place to hang up anything in this studio."

Sadly, this is nothing new. Russell's violent inclinations in dealing with the media, however well-documented, have been going on for years. Here he is in Dec. 2016, seen savagely beating broadcast professional – and ever the Murrow Award hopeful – Chad Dukes with a baseball bat.
