After a close victory in Week 1, what should be the expectations for the Commanders in Week 2 in Denver?
As JP Finlay said Thursday, “the altitude is a real thing, and the Broncos play a little gamesmanship with all the signs pointing it out,” so Denver is a tricky place to play no matter how good or bad the Broncos may be.
“You fly in to a flat area, and then you see the Rocky Mountains, and you think, okay, that’s the elevation,” JP said. “But you don’t realize you’re already a mile up!”
Denver is a 3.5-point favorite, which is pretty much the home field spread, and Vegas thinks a low-scoring game is on tap as well – and the guys don’t think either team showed much in Week 1 to make the oddsmakers look like they’re wrong.
