Brian Davis is already suing Bank of America for $500 billion for what he claims is them withholding the knowledge he had $5.1 billion as a bid for the Commanders from Daniel Snyder – and now, he’s seeking to get that money back immediately.

On Monday afternoon, Davis’ company, Urban Echo Energy, filed a an emergency motion in Maryland Superior Court for a temporary restraining order to force Bank of America to immediately credit $5.1 billion to its account, in order for its offer to purchase the Commanders “to be properly evaluated.”
