Giants rookie cornerback Deonte Banks took several shots at the Commanders after Big Blue took down its division rival on Sunday, calling out the franchise for passing on him in this year’s NFL Draft.

“Coulda came and got me at 16 and they didn't,” Banks said on an Instagram Live broadcast shortly after the game. Now I'm 2-0 against you bum a-- boys. F--k the Commanders. They think they slick.”

Banks, a Maryland native, was passed up on in favor of Emmanuel Forbes, who has had his share of struggles this season in his rookie campaign. Banks eventually went 24th overall to the Giants.

Banks also took some shots at Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin, who, along with the rest of Washington’s offense, was shut down by the Giants defense on Sunday.

“Shoulda came and got me. I’m just trying to figure out though, did 17 play today?” Banks said, referencing McLaurin’s jersey number. “That’s all I want to know. Did he play today? Did he play? I just want to know if he played.”
