One of the first reasons the Commanders gave as a key to their hire of Dan Quinn was that he was going to be able to build a strong staff – and now, a few weeks later, as the last of his 21 assistants have been hired and many of the positional coaches spoke in Ashburn, that looks like a pretty solid win in hindsight.
There are a few former coordinators and ex-head coaches, folks ranging in experience from decades to literally just retired (sup David Blough?), and a few returnees from the previous administration to give the lay of the land.
