Brian Davis sued Bank of America for $500 billion last week alleging they withheld information of his $5.1 billion check from the Snyders and ostensibly blocked his bid to purchase the Commanders – and on Monday, Davis doubled down, filing an emergency motion in Maryland court via his company, Urban Echo Energy, to get the bank to repay that sum immediately.
