There were a couple skirmishes at the joint Commanders-Ravens practice on Tuesday, one involving Emmanuel Forbes and one where tempers on both benches flared – but Ron Rivera and John Harbaugh both said afterwards they felt both teams did well to keep things in check.
But, what do those fights at camp, especially in a joint practice, actually do for the team? Are they really good for team bonding, or are they just frustration boiling over in a situation where, come actual games, you have to keep your composure?
