Now that the new Commanders ownership group is officially approved, questions are flooding in regarding the future of the franchise.

Among the main topics are the potential location of a new stadium, and whether Josh Harris and company will keep the Commanders brand, or change things up again.

In an interview with the Today Show on Friday, Magic Johnson, part of Harris’ ownership group, said that nothing is being ruled out.

“I think everything’s on the table, especially after this year,” Johnson. “We’ll see where we are with the name, but I can’t say that right now.”

As for a potential stadium within the city of DC, Johnson said that is on the table as well, but first order of business is preparing for the upcoming season, which Harris echoed in his first comments as team owner on Thursday.

“We’re going to spend this year understanding what we have in place, and then I’m sure that will come up,” Johnson said. “The Commanders, the name of the team, will come up eventually. But right now, we got enough work to do that will keep us busy.”
