The Washington Commanders appear to be working towards a final agreement with Eric Bieniemy.
According to Ian Rapoport, Bieniemy returned to Commanders Park for the second straight day on Friday as they work through specifics on a deal.
It's likely that negotiations end with Bieniemy as the new offensive coordinator, Rapoport adds.
Bieniemy's return to the building is more about working out staffing and contract details, Albert Breer of SI notes.
Bieniemy has been the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs since 2018, winning two Super Bowls in four seasons.
