(670 The Score) First baseman Anthony Rizzo is out of the Cubs' lineup for their game at the New York Mets on Wednesday as he continues to deal with back tightness.

It marks the third straight game that Rizzo has been out of the Cubs' lineup. He hasn't played since exiting early in a loss Saturday. He then sat out Sunday and Tuesday, with an off day in between. Ian Happ will once again start at first base in Rizzo's place.

On Tuesday, manager Joe Maddon indicated that Rizzo's injury isn't serious.

"He'll be fine in a couple days," Maddon said.

Rizzo is hitting .290 with 25 homers, 82 RBIs and a .928 OPS in 125 games.
