Here are our 670 game predictions, with each individual’s Bears prognostication record this season in parentheses.
David Haugh (7-7): Bears 34, Jaguars 24
The Bears need a win. The Jaguars need a loss. How convenient that Sunday provides an opportunity for the Bears to keep their playoff hopes alive against a Jags team hoping for the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft. Expect both to happen. Now that the Bears have discovered the offensive formula that works, the trick is applying it. Defensively, stop James Robinson and the Jags have few other options.
Danny Parkins (10-4): Bears 30, Jaguars 14
The Jaguars are losers of 13 straight games, and with the Bears offense clicking, I see no reason this won’t be 14. The Bears roll.
Herb Lawrence (4-10): Bears 35, Jaguars 13
No hand-wringing necessary. The Bears are playing well and playing for the playoffs. The Jaguars (read: Jag-wires) are trying to win the Trevor Lawrence (my cuzzo) sweepstakes. The Bears will dominate.
Chris Emma (9-5): Bears 31, Jaguars 16
The Bears make it three wins in a row and four straight games of scoring more than 30 points, keeping their playoff hopes alive going into the regular-season finale.
Rick Camp (8-6): Bears 27, Jaguars 14
The Jags aren’t going to let Trevor Lawrence slip through their fingers, and the Bears are playing well enough at the moment to oblige.
