LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears receiver Chase Claypool was sidelined from practice Wednesday afternoon due to a knee injury.
Claypool suffered the injury during the Bears' loss to the Packers on Dec. 4 at Soldier Field as he was twisted up while making a reception. He returned to finish the remainder of the game.
Acquired by the Bears in early November, Claypool has 44 receptions for 422 yards and a touchdown this season. That includes 12 catches for 111 yards over five games with Chicago.
The Bears also practiced Wednesday without quarterback Justin Fields (illness), as coach Matt Eberflus said prior to practice. Fields was present with the team at Halas Hall, and the Bears are optimistic he'll play Sunday, when they host the Eagles.
Offensive tackle Larry Borom (knee) and tight end Trevon Wesco (calf) also didn't practice Wednesday. Cornerback Kyler Gordon and safety Jaquan Brisker were full participants after being cleared from the concussion protocol.
The Bears (3-10) and Eagles (12-1) kick off at noon CT on Sunday from Soldier Field.
