(670 The Score) The Bears have hired Austin King as their assistant offensive line coach, they announced Monday afternoon.

King, 40, worked for the Raiders across the past two seasons as an offensive quality control coach and tight ends coach. He has been coaching for the past 10 years, working as an offensive quality control assistant at Toledo (2012-'13) and Syracuse (2014) before heading to Dayton (2015-'19) as an assistant coach and then offensive coordinator.


King had a three-year NFL career as a center, playing in 34 games for the Falcons from 2004-'06.
