Today is going to be a hard day for a lot of people around the National Football League on a human level as rosters are cut down to 53.
The Washington Commanders are going to be releasing players throughout the day on Monday as they look to get to that number and to go over what the roster will look like The Athletic's Ben Standig joined Doc Walker and Lynnell Willingham (in for Kevin Sheehan) to get his expertise on the offensive line, the linebackers, special teams and the running back room.
Standig, Doc and Willingham also discuss the Commanders' 21-19 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday in their preseason finale, which gave Washington a perfect 3-0 record in the warm-up games under new owner Josh Harris.
