Zach Selby, a senior writer for the Washington Commanders team site, spoke with 49ers general manager John Lynch about what made the Commanders new GM Adam Peters so valuable to San Francisco's organization. And the writer joined Craig Hoffman to talk about all the big takeaways from that conversation to get to know the new man in charge of Washington football's front office a bit better.
"His core principles are extremely solid," Lynch told Selby about Peters. "His process is extremely thorough. He's a very bright guy. He really is. And he's a tireless worker."
Lynch went on to say that Peters can be "somewhat bold" in his manner, adding Washington's new GM has "a little gumption to him, and a little conviction."
"When he was convicted, he wasn't afraid to say it. And that always impressed me," Lynch said.
