Steve Spurrier, the 'Ol' Ball Coach,' was the fourth of what will likely go down as 10 head coaches of the Washington Redskins/Football Team/Commanders in the Dan Snyder era, going 12-20 in 2002-03.

Spurrier brought with him quite a track record over nearly 40 years in the game: a Heisman Trophy as a QB at Florida, a 10-year NFL career after being the No. 3 overall pick in 1967, and over 25 years of coaching experience that included head coaching gigs at Duke and Florida, as well as in the USFL.

We didn't know it at the time, but when Spurrier joined Kevin Sheehan this morning on The Team 980, we were just hours away from finding out that the Dan Snyder era was officially over, an agreement in principle reached to sell the team to a Josh Harris-led group - but you can still listen to everything Spurrier had to say to Sheehan below!
