Lynnell Willingham is back for his Commanders Overreaction on the Hoffman Show and after Washington allowed a field goal drive in the final 52 seconds in a 29-26 loss at Settle on Sunday, the conversation began on the defensive side of the ball.

And that led to Willingham's first overreaction of the day on Jack Del Rio's defense: "We need wholesale changes on defense going into the offseason. And I think from coordinator to... I don't even think there's a player on this defense that shouldn't be considered expendable. I don't know how eager I would be to sign anyone to a contract extension right now on this defense."

Two of the people on the defensive side of the ball that Willingham is especially disappointed with are "the two most talented guys left on this defense" Jon Allen and Daron Payne.
