The chorus of MxPx’s song “Responsibility” goes, “Responsibility? What's that? I don't want to think about it, we'd be better off without it!”

That kind of seems like it could be the mantra of the Commanders’ locker room and coaching staff, based on some comments Montez Sweat made recently about how his new coach in Chicago, Matt Eberflus, keeps guys working hard while the chips are down, “unlike where I came from.”

We’ve heard about culture issues and dysfunction all year around the Commanders, with ESPN’s John Keim ramping that up again last week – and it’s now such a big thing that Chris Russell and Doc Walker, who are together every Tuesday, spent their whole show bemoaning the issues inside the building.
