Former Miami Hurricanes WR Ahmmon Richards joined Tobin and Leroy and opened up about starting his new marketing agency after a neck injury ended his career.

"My whole was life changed overnight and I really had to figure out my network" Richards said.

He also mentioned that he was "down and out and didn't want to go anywhere for a year and a half." He was young and didn't know how to get started but he wanted to "look out for his guys."

Ahmmon added former teammate Deejay Dallas to his agency prior to the 2019 NFL Draft and says he has about 13 people and feels like his company is growing. Dallas was drafted in the 4th round by the Seattle Seahawks

Richards played all 13 games including 11 starts as a freshman wide receiver for the Miami Hurricanes in 2016 and had 934 receiving yards which broke Michael Irvin's freshman record. His sophmore year in 2017 he was limited to 7 games but the Miami Hurricanes arguably had their best season in years going 10-3 with a trip to the Orange Bowl.

After playing one game his junior season in 2018, Richards football career ended after suffering a disabling injury. It wouldn't be announced until October 6, 2018, one month after the injury.
