Husband and wife team Ryan Hurd and Maren Morris are looking forward to this weekend's Father's Day celebration, but they also try to take every opportunity to honor the special dads in their lives.
"It’s really fun [that] I get to golf with my dad a lot," Ryan shares in a statement from his label. "He lives in Nashville, too. They moved down here a couple years ago and I really enjoy those moments and a lot of mornings that we get up early and then go play nine holes before we have to go to work and to be this age and to have my own family and still get to spend that much time with my dad is really fun.”
“Father’s Day is always fun," adds Maren. "My dad last year, he and my mom came up to Nashville for the weekend. And we got to celebrate Father’s Day, and it was also my husband Ryan’s first year being a father. So that was really special. He’s an amazing dad.
"So I love celebrating him every day.”
