“This is my thing, I feel like I always hear people talking about how my music is always on some Peoloton playlist, or some work out — like, ‘Oh, it’s my workout mix,’” Clarkson told Jimmy Fallon, after she learned professional skateboarder, Tony Hawk, uses Clarkson’s “Since You Been Gone,” as his hype up song before competitions.

“It does not make me wanna workout,” she jokingly complained. “Why doesn’t it have the same effect? Doesn’t make me wanna run, but great for you…”

While you’re sure to hear one of Clarkson’s songs when you hit play on that random workout playlist or try a new class at the gym, the 39-year-says those aren’t the only places her music frequents.

“I feel like my music is so family safe, you hear me in like, dentist offices,” Clarkson laughed. “Or I feel like, every time my family or friends go to a dentist or a doctor they’re always like, ‘oh, I heard your song today,’ and I’m like, ‘sure you did.’”

She continued, “I am on the station that plays in like grocery stores and dentist offices.”

She isn’t wrong. So what does she do when her songs come on in the produce aisle?

“Sing along and dance, of course!” Kelly told Fallon. “I’m a total tool,” she laughed.
