In a press conference this afternoon, Governor Larry Hogan announced additional reopenings in Maryland starting this Friday, June 12th at 5 pm.

Starting this Friday, June 12th at 5 pm the following may resume:
Indoor Dining can resume at 50% capacity with tables at least 6 feet apart & other public health safety measures in place like face masks
Outdoor Amusements like amusement parks, mini-golf and go-kart tracks can open at 50% capacity & with safety guidelines
Pools can increase capacity to 50% with safety precautions
Outdoor Graduations with appropriate capacity restrictions
Starting next Friday, June 19th at 5 pm, Hogan announced additional reopenings including:
Indoor Gyms, Casinos, Shopping Malls and Arcades
Rachael Cardin from WJZ-TV tweeted the good news for gym enthusiasts:
State School Superintendent Dr. Karen Salmon announced Summer school for groups of 10-15 can resume for those students most impacted and challenged by distance learning.
Dr. Salmon also announced special education and child care providers may reopen and outdoor high school sports may resume practice and training activities within guidelines.
