This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash spoke with Cassie Motz, the Executive Director of CollegeBound Foundation here in Baltimore. CollegeBound Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Baltimore City public school youth achieve their dreams of higher education.
